Bio

I am a bilingual English/Cantonese speech-language pathologist that specializes in serving children between 0-6 years of age. I provide a variety of services including assessment, treatment, consultation, and report writing. I am able to serve children with a variety of needs including expressive language (talking), receptive language (understanding), speech sounds, stuttering, selective mutism, social communication, pre-linguistic skills, etc. I have worked with a variety of children with complex communication needs including autism spectrum disorder, Down Syndrome, and other syndromes/chromosome differences. My approach to therapy is play-based and empowers parents to support their children's communication needs. I am certified in Hanen - It Takes Two to Talk, PROMPT trained (apraxia of speech), More than Words, and Talkability. I have also received advanced training in the areas of DTTC, Gestalt Language Processing, and stuttering (Lidcombe).
